Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping
- We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates.
- Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
PEPMED is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery
Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Delays
PEPMED is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Customs authorities
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the courier, PEPMED is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping box
Refused Shipments
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to return shipping charges.
