Returns

We offer a 2-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
The security seal must remain intact.
Proof of purchase is required.
Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Opened products
Used products
Products with broken or removed seals
Products damaged after delivery
Products stored improperly after delivery
Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the shipping package

After review, PEPMED reserves the right to issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error made by PEPMED.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs, customs fees, and any related charges may be deducted from the refund.

PEPMED may request additional information or evidence before approving any return, replacement, or refund.
PEPMED is not responsible for products that have been improperly handled, stored, or used after delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase comply with the laws and regulations of their country or region before placing an order.
PEPMED is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
PEPMED reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, or suspicious activity.
Chargebacks or payment disputes for successfully delivered orders may be contested using order records, payment records, and delivery confirmation.
